  • Data Controller, for the purposes of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), refers to the Company as the legal person which alone or jointly with others determines the purposes and means of the processing of Personal Data.
  • Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cell phone or a digital tablet.

While using Our Application, in order to provide features of Our Application, We may collect, with Your prior permission, pictures and other information from your Device's camera and photo library. You can enable or disable access to this information at any time, through Your Device settings.

AI-Generated Content Data

When you use our AI-powered content creation tools (thumbnail generation, script writing, graphics creation, etc.), We collect information about the prompts you provide and the content you generate. This data helps us improve our tools and provide better suggestions for future use.

Activity and Engagement Data

To power our community, rewards, and personalization features, We collect information about your activity on the Service, including:

  • Viewing history (streams and clips you watch, watch duration, and content categories)
  • Listening history (music tracks played, artists, genres, and listening sessions when you use the Spotify integration)
  • Chat messages, direct messages, and community posts you create or interact with
  • Stream and channel analytics (viewer counts, engagement rates, and performance metrics for creators)
  • Points, achievements, challenges, and leaderboard progress
  • Friend connections, follows, and social interactions

Location Data

When you use features such as "Concerts Nearby," We may collect and process approximate location information derived from your device or IP address to provide location-relevant results. You can disable location access through your device or browser settings at any time.

Use of Your Personal Data

The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

  • To provide and maintain our Service, including to monitor the usage of our Service and support streaming, content creation, and community features.
  • To manage Your Account: to manage Your registration as a user of the Service, including account verification and profile management.

  • To manage points and rewards: to track achievement progress, manage points systems, and handle redemptions in our Store.
  • To provide streaming and broadcasting services: to enable multi-platform streaming, live event management, and viewer analytics.
  • To contact You: To contact You by email, telephone calls, SMS, or other equivalent forms of electronic communication.
  • To provide You with news, special offers, and general information about other goods, services and events.
  • To manage Your requests: To attend and manage Your requests to Us.
